ILS:
Independent living services

Independent Living Skills (ILS) services provide training and assistance for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities to achieve greater independence while living with others or to acquire and maintain living independently.

Supported Living Services (SLS) consist of a broad range of services to adults with developmental disabilities who, through the Individual Program Plan (IPP) process, choose to live in homes they themselves own or lease in the community.

CFS:
Coordinated Family Support

We will prepare a service plan designed to help reduce or remove barriers to staying in the family home, address challenges and meet goals.  Services will be provided in a manner that respects the language & culture of individuals and their families, and services will be tailored, individualized, and flexible to meet the changing needs and preferences of individuals.
