Revathi brings over eight years of administrative experience in the developmental disabilities field. Her leadership is grounded in person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and a genuine passion for creating empowering opportunities for clients. At Rise 2 Success, she focuses on designing quality programs that promote independence, community inclusion, and client satisfaction. Revathi is known for her integrity, compassion, and commitment to excellence in service delivery.

SHUKRIA
SAFI
Shukria Safi, Co-Founder and Agency Supervisor of Rise2Success, brings over 14 years of experience in supporting adults with developmental disabilities. Her work focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered services. At Rise2Success, she oversees operations, ensures compliance, and builds strong partnerships with families and community agencies. With a background in ILS, SLS, personal care, and staff mentorship, Shukria's compassionate leadership and commitment to excellence drive the agency's mission to empower individuals with disabilities to thrive.

OUR Story
Rise 2 Success was founded by Revathi S. Khivansara and Shukria Safi—two dedicated professionals with a shared passion for serving individuals with developmental disabilities. After working together as administrators for over eight years, they recognized the need for more compassionate, person-centered care and established Rise 2 Success to make a greater impact. Together, they bring decades of experience, leadership, and a deep commitment to helping individuals thrive with dignity and independence.

By providing the supports, tools, and resources, we expect that the individual become a productive and contributing member of society in as independently a manner as appropriate and to the level that he or she chooses.
